Getting my pumpkin ready for Halloween

Ooey, Gooey - I loved playing with pumpkin guts and watching my dad get my pumpkin ready for its new face.

The pumpkin guts were super slimey and lots of fun to play with, but I was ready to get my hands washed up and let dad finish the rest.

Dad put the finishing touches on my pumpkin while mom took me to get cleaned up and put my jammies on - I was soooo happy to see the finished product!

The next morning I ran to see my jack-o-lantern. I was soooo proud of it!
Notice my great pumpkin shirt???? It was a very thoughtful gift from my friend Hannah. So cute!!!
I loved pointing to the eyes, ears, and mouth and also loved feeding the jack-o-lantern my pretend food.

Stinky Pumpkin with my daddy

A very fun evening

Last week my friend Hannah came over to play with me while her mommy and daddy went out for a birthday celebration (Happy Birthday Mrs. Becky). I was so happy. We had a great time playing with blocks, animals, kitchen food, books, puzles, balls etc. etc. etc.

I love having Hannah for a friend. She has such a joyful, tender heart and it is a great blessing to have her in my life.

A special Sunday morning with my Grandma

After the zoo boo I was super tired, but I was happy to hear that my Grandma was going to spend the night and would see me in the morning. Here is a picture of us snuggling in bed!!
Mommy made us yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast...so good!
Special kisses with Grandma.
Look at my Grandma build the highest tower! She even let me knock it down.
I even got to watch a movie with my Grandma and Mocha...check out Mocha's shaved belly from her ultrasound she had earlier this week.
I had a great time with my Grandma today. She is very special to me!!!

Zoo Boo 2009

Halloween is only a week away and this year we started a new tradition. We went to the Zoo Boo at the Detroit Zoo and I had sooooo much fun. A lot of people came to the zoo boo: Grandma, Daddy, Mommy, Keisha, Daniel, Mrs. Irene, Drake, Mariah, Mr. Seth, Mrs. Becky, Hannah and Hannah's Grandma and Grandpa. Check out my pictures!

Here I am at the start of the Zoo Boo...so excited to get going! Here is my friends Hannah as the most adorable butterfly ever!

Being with friends makes special memories even better!

Watch this video clip of me bouncing around like Tigger!

All bundled up!

Hannah and I zooming through the hay bale maze.

Hannah and I are such a team...the hay bale maze was a blast!
I loved the inflatables.
Keisha was a very pretty Candy Corn witch

It is very tough getting two toddlers to pose for a picture...the lights and sounds of the zoo boo were way more interesting than smiling for a camera :-)

Daniel loved the skeleton bones in the reptile house.
I loved watching the giant lizards. I even seen one go potty and I am still talking about it...how silly!!!

Soooo cute!

Daddy, Mommy and me...

Tigger with his crew....my mommy made shirts that said, " Tigger's Daddy, Tigger's Mommy, and Tigger's Grandma."

Cruising through the zoo boo!

There were a lot of people at the zoo boo and we actually got separated from my friend Hannah. I think she had a lot of fun though. Here are me with my friends, Mariah, Keisha, Drake, and Daniel. In the background you can see pumpkins stacked and painted to look like giraffes and elephants. It was very impressive. There were carved pumpkins and pumpkin scenes like this all around the zoo boo path.
I was so happy to meet Bert...I showed him my cool light up tiger stick also and he gave me a high five!

Here I am standing next to a tiger...I took a break with my mom and dad to get warmed up while the bigger kids went on a 3-D ride adventure...they loved it!

On our way out of the zoo we seen this penguin display made out of pumpkins and gourds. So cool!

I can't wait to go back to the zoo boo next year. I had a great time!!!

Build 'em up and knock 'em down

I've gotten very good at building towers with my big blocks. Mom was making dinner one day and came in to see my creation. I was very proud of it.
This is the fun part....knock it down!!!

Getting ready for Halloween

You guessed it...I'm going to be a very bouncy Tigger for Halloween. I went and grabbed all of my "Pooh Bear" friends (plus some) so my mommy could take my picture. I can't wait to go out with my family and friends to do some trick-or-treat fun!

Silly Boy!

Here is a pic of me being super silly. When my Aunna comes over during the day we like to play together in my room. Once I get my room nice and messy I like to pretend to take a nap. I put my pillow and some blankets into my closet and pretend like I am sleeping. I love goofing around!

Loving the beautiful Autumn days

I love the summer months because I can go outside and play everyday and I get to spend a lot of time with my family at my grandparents pool. But, I have to say that Autumn is probably my favorite season. I love seeing all of the pretty colors of leaves, decorating with mums and pumpkins, playing outside on a crisp, sunny day, going to the cider mill and getting ready for Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Here is a pic of me on our front porch next to my favorite decorations. My Aunna grew the pumpkins for me and I love to light up the decorative pumpkin at night. Wednesday of this past week was a picture perfect day. It was sunny and acutally kind of warm. My mommy took me to pick up Nick from school and then we went to the park with Mocha. I had a lot of fun running around and soaking up the beautiful fall sun.

Mocha is going to be okay!!

Thank you everyone for praying for my little Mocha. She went to a specialist last week and after several tests we found out that she is going to be okay :-) She has a bit of a sensitive tummy and will be following a special diet for about a month as we slowly get her back to eating her regular food. She'll also take a Pepcid AC with her breakfast and dinner. We are so thankful for the technology that helps us know how to help our furry family members. We love you Mocha Joy!

Pray for my Mocha

Well, my mommy is all caught up with my blog, but before she is done I asked her to put up a picture or two of my best puppy Mocha. She has been sick and is going for an ultrasound to find out what is wrong with her tummy. Please pray that she feels all better and that when she goes to the doctor everything in her tummy is all healed up. I love her so much!
